You have 60 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
No Questions Asked Guarantee (First Shilajit Jar Only):
If our shilajit was not enjoyed for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund—no questions asked. Please note: This guarantee is applicable only to the first shilajit jar purchased. For any subsequent jars, please refer to our standard returns guidelines.
How to Return Your Order:

Contact us at hello@untanas.com with your order details. We will provide you with a digital return label, which you can print and include in your return package. -
Ship the Product Back:
Securely pack the item and attach the provided return label. Return the package using your preferred carrier. -
Refund Processing:
